This, is another crappy wallpaper of Mipsy. i had thought to draw one myself (and you've seen it in the gallery), and I want to see how much Mipsy changes.
In the left top corner and the right down corner, are the original Mipsy in neopets. Nothing is added to change them. The other two corners, are my piccies of Mipsy. Well, what a crappy thing.
